What is hemophilia?1
Hemophilia is an uncommon disease. It is genetic. That means people with hemophilia are born with it. When you have hemophilia, your body cannot clot your blood. This can make it hard for you to stop bleeding.
Join the hemophilia program today.

Questions?
If you were a part of but no longer want to be in the hemophilia program, call 1-800-573-4100 (TTY 711). Leaving the program will not change your benefits. It will also not change the way Keystone First or the Department of Human Services (DHS) treats you.
