Farmers’ Market Program
- This program helps people find places to buy healthy foods in many communities throughout Philadelphia.
- These markets stock a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables.
- Many of these markets now take SNAP/food stamps, Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program (FMNP) vouchers and Philly Food Bucks.

Philly Food Bucks
The Philly Food Bucks program gives market customers $2 in Philly Food Bucks for every $5 spent in SNAP/food stamps at one of the markets involved.

Healthy Corner Stores
Healthy Corner Stores help customers make healthy food choices by offering fresh fruits and low-fat products.
You can find these stores by the sticker located in the window.
Many of the Healthy Corner Stores accept food stamps/SNAP.

SHARE Food Program
- SHARE stands for Self-Help and Resource Exchange.
- This program allows you to receive about $35 worth of fruits, vegetables, and frozen meats for half the price, as long as you also commit to 2 hours of community service.
- Anyone is able to take part in this program.

Farm to Families
- This program provides food share packages with fresh fruits and vegetables, eggs and poultry at centers throughout North Philadelphia.
- Food share packages range from $5 to $15. Payments are made one week ahead of time at the center where the food is distributed. Cash, credit, and food stamps are accepted.

Fresh For All
- Philabundance’s Fresh For All program provides fresh fruits and vegetables in low-income areas.
- Each week, a Fresh For All produce market will be available in the same locations.

Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)
- The WIC program helps provide healthy foods to low-income pregnant women, infants, and children up to age 5.
- The program also helps participants get good health care and health information.

Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
- SNAP is also known as the food stamp program.
- SNAP helps low-income families afford healthy foods at the grocery store.
- Those who become eligible will get an Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) Access Card to buy food at the grocery store.
